Be My Guest

Be my guest conference

The Be My Guest Program is aiming to drive service excellence across Queensland in the lead up to and following the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018).

The Queensland Government is delivering a series of Be My Guest workshops to leaders, managers and front-facing staff from the tourism, hospitality and wider business community across Queensland under the Embracing 2018 Legacy Program.

Participants attending the Be My Guest workshops reported they felt inspired to deliver an even greater guest experience and were 100% satisfied with the workshops.

The Be My Guest workshops are being facilitated by TravConsult and will cover:

  • The Be My Guest Program and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games legacy for the specific region
  • Identifying the authentic Queensland guest experience for the specific region
  • Leading the delivery of consistent quality service and genuine guest experiences that reflect the soul of the specific region and which resonate with both domestic and international guests.
